The filing and payment deadlines for 2019 have been extended to July 15, 2020. If you need to extend farther to prepare and file, you can request an extension to October 15, 2020 to file---but you have to pay by July 15.

Great! TurboTax has not updated their interface clearly; they should. I guess it delays revenue but needs to be made explicit. I was asked to file extension to 7/15/2020.

Do you know if the same is true for California or do I need to file Ca extension?

According to the California tax website located here, they have also extended their tax deadline until July 15.
