Can't access my pending tax files after getting a code 109? repeats the same code even though it says all is supposedly ok. Any answers?

Efiled returns generally sit in Pending status for 24–48 hours before coming back as either Accepted or Rejected.

Sometimes state returns stay in Pending for several days or even longer.

You can't access your tax file until after it is Accepted or Rejected.

I haven't had a chance to file. Also, State won't download
