      <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume you have been in the US for more than 2 years or part years.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you are a resident, you should file a resident return and can use TurboTax if you have taxable income.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
