Here are your final steps in TurboTax before you can finalize or "sign" your tax return.

Select File from the left side of your screen,
Follow the on-screen prompts
Select Transmit Returns Now.
You will need to verify you are not a robot.
If you are experiencing what is called a missing "CAPTCHA" issue which is preventing you from seeing the " I am not a robot" box. Use this TurboTax FAQ for Transmission issues and tips to fix them.

I was trying to send a code but I didn't get back to do that but I couldn't do that then after I needed to sign my free federal and state returns for 2020

Log out, clear cache and cookies, log back in, and then finish the return again. The code timed out, so it might be necessary to do these steps so it can re-initiate.
