Where can I find in turbo tax, "Withholding not already entered on a W2 or 1099"?

Use these steps:

On the top row of the TurboTax online screen, click on Search (or for CD/downloaded TurboTax locate the search box in the upper right corner)
This opens a box where you can type in “other withholding” (be sure to enter exactly as shown here) and click the magnifying glass (or for CD/downloaded TurboTax, click Find)
The search results will give you an option to “Jump to other withholding”
Click on the blue “Jump to other withholding” link
Scroll down to Other Income Taxes Paid in 2019
Click Start beside Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099 to enter your information

The instructions on this topic are not clear because the terms used do not exist. For instance, there is no search on the top row, also there is no search result for "jump to other withholdings". The information provided was useless for this topic.

What TurboTax program are you using? Have you the 2020 tax return opened/continued?

The Search link is shown in the upper right of the program screen, online or desktop

The keywords other withholding entered in the Search box will bring up the Jump to other withholding link
