    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was told that if I used a credit card for payment for my tax preparation, that $40.00 would be taken off the purchase, and that wasn't done!!!!!&amp;nbsp; Why not?????&amp;nbsp; Why advertise that if you aren't going to follow through?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First you advertise it is free, which it is not!&amp;nbsp; Then you say you get $40.00 off if you use a credit card, which is bull as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will use Tax Act next year and tell my friends and anyone else that will listen as well!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you sure that’s what you are thinking? If you want to pay turbo tax fees out of your refund, there is an &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;extra&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; $40 service charge to do that. By paying the fees directly you avoid that extra service charge but it does not reduce the posted fee.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you were advised that you would save $40 by using a credit card. Which you did, as if you were to have your fees deducted from your refund you would incur an additional fee.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
