      <description>&lt;P&gt;file joint but include 8379.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you basically allocate income, deductions and tax payments between you.&amp;nbsp; your spouse gets the refund due her almost as if married fileing separate and yours is taken to cover the child support you owe.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;marry filing separate can eliminate certain deductions and many tax credits.&amp;nbsp; however if you don't have any of theese married filing separate will produce the same result in the end.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
