I bought turbotax premire, can it be downloaded to an iPad ?

Turbo Tax download products cannot be downloaded to an Ipad, only desktop/laptop computers.

If you wish to file using your Ipad, you will need to file using Turbo Tax Online.

I bought TurboTax Deluxe but have issues downloading. To use TurboTax online Dino need to purchase the online version too?

You can call customer support and they should be able to give you a refund of the cost of your download, after they attempt to help you get it working on your computer. You can reach TurboTax support as follows:
