      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are not receiving a federal tax refund or you do not have federal taxes owed then there is no need to enter a bank account on the tax return and the software will not give you page to enter any bank information.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are eligible for stimulus funds then a check will be mailed to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So in other words, the Turbotax software will not work for (the over 3 million) disabled veterans and their families (not to mention the millions of other disabled people) living on their limited income wanting to get a direct deposit and should use another program or file by paper. Otherwise we're going to be stuck sucking up all the additional costs of inflated prices on food and other necessities and will most likely have to go without because of the long awaited times of having a check sent. Especially since mail services are being delayed and potentially suspended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
