I loaded turbo tax home & business program 2019. I use the code. I completed tax program. Now they asked to update. I updated and asked the code again. Now it says your program use five times so it cannot open again. cororna virus.

turbo tax will not address this issue.

I found a phone number to call and was told it was an internet problem and to reset my router. That made no difference so they did something to reset my software and it worked for 5 times since the essential problem was not fixed. Now I am locked out again
