    <description>&lt;P&gt;Turbotax says "&lt;SPAN&gt;E-File is not available because your tax return includes forms that can't be e-filed. Revisit the Review section to see which forms."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I visit the Review section, I get the notification saying "You're good to go!" and the green seal that says "Ready to file". It says nothing about any documents that can't be e-filed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I read someone else's similar question, and it was recommended that they clear their browser cache. I've already done this, but I still only get the File by Mail option. This is an issue because my state will not allow me to file electronically completed taxes by mail, so I&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;have&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;to e-file my state taxes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, but this did not help. I even tried it in a different browser and I still get the error. I checked the list of IRS forms not supported, and my documents did not match anything on that list. It still tells me there are no problems, but won't tell me what the problem is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When I click Edit next to the "Your Product" field, it disappears, and no matter what I type into the box under "What do you need help with?", the box turns red and I can't submit anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I eventually was able to contact customer support. The representative was very helpful, but we spent an hour on the phone and we still couldn't figure out why it wasn't letting me e-file. It seems to be a software issue. I'll be using a different product to file this year instead of Turbotax.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
