If this is your first year using TurboTax, then go to this link for One Account. Everything Intuit. and click Create Account.

I recommend starting at Free File.

As you enter your details, the program will warn you that you need to upgrade. No charges will be assessed until the tax return(s) are filed.

If you do already have an account and are not sure what it is, I still recommend staying with the same username and password that was used for last year. This is not always necessary depending on your circumstances, but it is a best practice to avoid duplicate accounts.

I have Turbotax 2020 on my computer and have started using it. I cannot reopen the file. The sign -in page shows my user name properly and provides space to enter password. When I enter the password, the next screen shows the circiling pattern bkut it loops endlessly and. I've tried a couple of ways to access the sign in page wiyth the same result.
