I thought the state tax return was included with my purchase of the federal tax return. It was in years prior.

If you are referring to the online edition, the state is an additional charge from your federal.

If you are referring to the desktop, the price you pay includes a state download.

I never looked at the cds you sent. I have always worked with your sales pitch indicating I would get one free state download

i never had to do anything special in prior years. Would appreciate your honoring my stupidity and refunding my payment for the download
