When did you file it? Did you e-file it last year? Or did you just recently mail it in? If you mailed it---did you mail it with tracking so you will know the IRS received it? A 2018 return is not going to show up on the IRS refund site, and TurboTax will not know anything about it.

For the 2018 refund, I would suggest you call IRS at 1800-829-1040.

As the IRS refund tool only shows the status for the 2019 refund, we would not know the wait time. Please call the government.
