      <description>&lt;P&gt;That depends on what was uploaded into the return. If the upload has all the individual transactions, then you do not need to mail in anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the upload has any summary transactions, you do need to send in the individual transaction details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;A typical summary transaction description will be, E-trade short term and use Various as date acquired. An individual transaction will have a precise description such as, 100 Shares Intuit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Other tax programs&amp;nbsp; have had this feature for years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If TurboTax added a step to attach a 1099-B PDF for e-Filing, that would be a new feature in 2019 TurboTax.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At that point, there's no reason to also mail a printout.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
