    <description>&lt;P&gt;Prepared 2018 return but did not file due to no tax liability. 2019 return rejected as it's picking up AGI from prepared 2018 return.&amp;nbsp; Should I enter 0 (zero) AGI on resubmission of 2019. I believe I need to go on record with either 2018 or 2019 filing to receive virus payments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Yes. you are correct the IRS will use 2019 tax returns or your 2018 tax return if you have not filed in 2019 to determine who will receive the stimulus checks.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;If you did not file a tax return for 2018 then you will have to enter zero for your 2018 AGI.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
