My uncle also is not expecting refund. However, he will qualify for the stimulus checks. Therefore, he wants to enter the bank information. Is there no way for him to add the bank information?

I am filing for a 92 year old person who does not need to file normally but it seems she can get the $1200 stimulus payment by simply fling. Where can I enter her banking information? It has to be "file by mail" as it does not allow efiling.

Well, the stimulus check is a refund. Why can't the banking information be entered?

It's not a refund on the actual tax return you are filing. I suppose if you are mailing it you could hand write it in the space but it might not be entered at the IRS since there's no refund showing on the return.
