Return information disappeared

I have been working on my 2019 return for the last three months. I have saved it multiple times. I went to open it today, and the software asked me to start a new return. I found nothing in the Turbotax document folder but I don't believe anything goes into that except the finished return. I have used Turbotax for many years so I am confident that I have been saving it as I have worked on it. Help!

How did you resolve this? We have two different turbotax products for business and personal and I just finished fixing some things in the business so we could get personal done. I only had to update the k-1 and double check some expenses and had accessed the personal one at least twice and used the amounts to file our extension. The return is gone. I spent 30 mintues on hold, then transferred to a specialist who couldn't figure it out.
