My download, which has not been downloaded yet as my Apple was outdated, I have just purchased a new computer, Windows program and need my purchase to be for that computer. Need the download for 2019 for the Windows rather than Apple.

I have the same problem. The download did not work on my mac and I want to download a windows version. I have paid, but do not have a Turbo Tax installed on any computer.
