    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased online deluxe. The files were rejected by IRS 3 times and the software was unable to fix the problem, so I asked for my money back (purchase refund) .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BIG MiSTAKE. They robbed me. The website version (they said) is not refundable. Something they don’t tell you before you purchase.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Summary: Turbotax charged me $80 for a broken file return the software couldn’t fix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
