Do you mean you want to enter your 2018 AGI so you can e-file 2019? (not last year's refund...)

We know the AGI from last year (2018) but now where do I enter that for the 2019 TurboTax to e-file? We also got the email stating that we need this before e-filing.

The place where TurboTax asks for your 2018 AGI is in the File section.

As you through the final steps to efile your return TurboTax asks for your 2018 AGI to verify your identity.
