When will Schedule A be finalized?

Schedule A, Form 1040 is available for download from www.irs.gov, but parts of it are still unavailable on Turbotax Deluxe. I'm itemizing deductions this year and I need to enter my mortgage interest and SALT. I need to do that before the end of 2018 in order to have a good idea of my federal and state tax liability. This will help me decide the dollar amount for my yearly Roth conversion.

The schedule A is available on the IRS website. Why so long for turbotax to incorporate into the software?
