My nondependent daughter moved to Tennessee from NY in January, 2019. She never got a TN driver's license. Is she still considered a NY state resident?

Is she living and working in TN? She is not a NY resident. But perhaps she should look into the laws of TN and see when she should get a TN driver's license.

Yes, she is living in Tennessee. She hasn't gotten a TN license because she didn't think she would be staying as long as she has. Thank you for your response.
