If you are referring to the TurboTax Referral program, up to 45 days after your Friend redeems their special offer, you will receive an email that contains a link to select your $25 gift card. Once you select your gift card option, you will receive another email that contains your e-certificate (up to the maximum number of qualified referrals). I have not received my gift card for my referral is there anyway you guys can send it soon. Why offer an incentive when you do not actually give it to your users.

For assistance with this, you can call TurboTax and speak with an agent. TurboTax customer service/support does not have a single phone number but has many different phone numbers based on the type of platform used. So that we can direct your call to the best person/department to help you:

Click on this link: Contact Us
Select your TurboTax platform.
Ask your question / state your problem. Do NOT use the word "refund' or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
Click Submit.
On the next screen, choose the Call option and follow the instructions. You will be given the approximate wait time.

You'll get a toll-free number to a TurboTax expert who is specially-trained to handle your particular issue.

i filed in February and referred two friends. I haven’t received any email or gift card and its been more than 4 months.

Did they file taxes through your link? They have to have filed taxes through the link in order for you to get a gift card.

I received an email from u guys saying if I refer a friend and he files his taxes I'll get a 25$ giftcard which I did,u were the ones that helped in sending him the email.and I haven't received any giftcard
