So the IRS couldn’t process my Direct Deposit. So they sent a check on march 6th 2020, about how long should i wait until i start calling?

Typically, refunds funded through checks are received within six weeks of the date you filed.

It was approved on Feb 3 and was supposed to be sent to my account on Feb 26 but the transaction was declined. Now they said it was sent in the mail on Mar 6.
