I am filing divorced but my state form won't let me delete the exes info. to file. How do I e-file?

the printed copy of my state return does not show any spouse information but the e-file version does which keeps me from e-filing. how do I continue with e-filing?

It is almost impossible to remove an ex spouses information. It is best to just start a new account with a new ID and password for yourself only and abandon the old account.

Turbo Tax has accepted the order with my payment and has sent me a confirmation. I should not have to start a new account and pay additional fees. I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years, they should be able to change my existing account .
