Where can I find the form on Turbo Tax to input a 1099Q income

To enter your form 1099-Q in TurboTax, follow these steps:

Open your tax return
Click on Federal in the left panel.
Click on Deductions & Credits at the top
Scroll down to the Education section. Click Show more
Select Start next to ESA and 529 qualified tuition programs (Form 1099-Q).

I have Turbo Tax Deluxe but for some reason I can't find the "Education section" under the Deduction and Credit.
