      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can file a state return only if you have filed your Fed return and it is accepted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either you can send Fed and State together or Fed First and then State later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But filing state alone, without filing Fed is not allowed for security reasons.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
