You want to say No.

At the screen Do you have an agreement with the child's other parent about who can claim him?, it is referring to the IRS Form 8332 or a pre-2009 divorce decree which is honored as if it were an IRS Form 8332.

I suspect that under the agreement you signed, the child lives with you, is supported by you and you expect to claim all appropriate child-related tax benefits.
