You mean receiving the tax refund back from the IRS or State? Probably not.

My return is under review and i received a letter saying I didnt need to contact them or send anything in for 60 days with everything going on and the possibility of my work closing down I wish the irs would try to work with people in my situation is there anything I can do?

No one knows at this time if the coronavirus outbreak will impact the processing of tax returns by the IRS. There is nothing you can do to speed up the processing of your tax return.
