Why don't I see Schedule 1 as one of the forms?

Schedule 1 is the summary form that accumulates the Additional Income items and Adjustments to income that you have on your return and enters the totals on two lines on your Form 1040, Line 7a for the Income and Line 8a for the Adjustments.

Got it. Finally understand why 2018 state refund is not taxable. No need for Schedule 1
