Missing State Payment Voucher

When filing I was told the state forms were not yet available, including the payment form.

I have since received an email stating they are now available, log in and I will be walked through finishing the process.

I've logged in several times over a week, and no change, no finishing up, and no change to my tax documents.

The only payment form is in the document, and that has a "Do Not File" watermark over it.

Sounds like things are not updating the way they should. Try this:

Log in and continue your return.
Select Review from the menu on the left side.
If any errors are shown, you will need to correct them.
Continue into the File section.
Follow the on screen directions to complete printing and/ or e-filing your return.

If your print copy still looks the same, try printing from the Print Center.

Log in and continue your return.
Click on Tax Tools, toward the bottom of the left side menu.
Select Print Center.
Click on Print, save or preview this years return.
Select the forms you need and print the return.

None of those things are there.. It just looks completed like all the other years.. I have nothing down the right hand side.. and down the left nothing but Tax Home, and Documents under the "turbotax" heading, and then just the link out to "turbo"

It's like it's finished.

Both say accepted, I've just not been given the opportunity to see the final State filing, or print the payment voucher.

If you click on Add a State on the tax home screen, you will see the menus again. Add a State appears in blue next to your return status (Accepted).

That did it. I was able to access the remainder and get the final document with the state return after completing that add state step.

Oddly I still get the old one without the final state return if I select download Return from the final screen, but I was able to get the correct one during the process.

If you need a federal tax payment voucher, you can click on https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040v.pdf and print one. Fill it out and mail it according to the instructions on page 2.
