When I try to enter my property and vehicle taxes i only get a blank screen and am unable to enter them

If you are stuck on a screen or it is blank in TurboTax you may need to log out and restart your computer, then log back in, or try another browser. You may need to clear your cache and cookies. Please see these TurboTax FAQ's for information on how to clear your cache and cookies:

I tried clearing cache and cookies, but I'm having the same problem ... a blank screen!! This is so aggravating. It happened last year too! I think I'm going to find another way to do our taxes. Pay good money, it should work!

Did you try using a different internet browser?
