Tried it all weekend....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt; I tested my username and password in Fidelity multiple times and it works there, but TurboTax fails to log into Fidelity. keep giving me this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;SPAN&gt;That still didn’t work, so try one of these.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="errorCode"&gt;&amp;nbsp;(103)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-Follow the link to check your sign-in info, then return and try again.&lt;A target="_blank"&gt;Go to site&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-Is that the right bank or URL?       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/744091"&gt;@LinaJ2020&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Manual import is not an option. I tried H&amp;amp;R block and worked without an issue. The link takes you to a blank page on TurboTax. I highly doubt it's working for anyone... You should report this as a bug to get it fixed instead of saying "it works for most people". It's not helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please update these settings from your account online.&amp;nbsp; You&amp;nbsp;may need to call in your&amp;nbsp;bank to get more information on this.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is definitely no longer working. &amp;nbsp;It worked fine before the last update. &amp;nbsp;I did my own return and successfully imported from Fidelity. &amp;nbsp;Now when I am doing my children's returns the continue button is greyed out every time I select Fidelity investments.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;May I ask can you try logging out of your TurboTax account,&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/00/26135" target="_blank"&gt;clear cache&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-do-i-delete-cookies/00/25978" target="_blank"&gt;delete cookies&lt;/A&gt;. Then try logging back in to your TurboTax account and see if the continue button is still showing greyed out.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I solved my Fidelity import problem by typing in the user name and password. &amp;nbsp;Apparently, you can't have the browser (in may case safari) fill it in for you automatically.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've not done taxes yet this year. Last year I got Fidelity imported but a final check wanted a blank form on Fidelity I think; made no sense. Problem: I don't recall how I fix it. I may have found a way to avoid the check by just putting 00s in the form or avoiding it. OR I may have call turbotax, but I do not recall that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try making the form a dummy, obviously fake form! or accepting it somehow. Might even have to go back and change an answer to a question you answered incorrectly or were not sure of.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RE Importing, you definitely should try a different browser. Or go back and check your answers on whether you have "completed" a section. Turbo tax still has a lot of confusing instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem.&amp;nbsp; I was finally able to resolve it.&amp;nbsp; I had a really long password on my Fidelity account.&amp;nbsp; I changed it to a shorter password.&amp;nbsp; Once I did that, the data imported.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The workaround that worked for me: log into Fidelity directly and download the PDF of the 1099-R form to my computer. (Had to use a different browser as Chrome wouldn't login for some reason.) Then upload the PDF to TurboTax. All fields filled correctly, but checked them against a printout of the PDF that I always file in a folder every year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
