The license code is not required to be entered when you are using the online version of TurboTax.

For the CD/Download version of TurboTax you will enter the License code in the License code box on the activation screen, you will only need to enter and validate it the first time you install the program on your computer.

Well, not exactly. I have the CD Premier version that I have been using and today when loading TT it ask for my license code, which I entered when I first loaded TT. So took me time to go scrounging around to find the CD box to get the code. Why did it ask me for the license code again?

Yes you needed to keep the License Code in a safe place.

And the License Code is not on the box or CD. It should be on a separate card in the box.

HELP!!!! I can not enter my license code all I see is a white box in the activation, I can not call turbo tax which is what I hate the most I need to do my taxes and paid money for the CD
