      <description>&lt;P&gt;Overpayment means you have paid more taxes in (withholding) than you owed for taxes for the year.&amp;nbsp; The overpayment will be refunded to you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Yes, you will get your federal refund.&amp;nbsp; The IRS and your state tax agency are two different entities.&amp;nbsp; If you have a federal refund you will get that once the IRS processes your tax return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you owe the state taxing agency, that amount is due by 15 Apr to the state and is to be paid by you separately.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
