TurboTax is tax preparation software to assist you in completing a tax return. If you want a CPA to complete and file your tax return for you that will be very, very expensive. Is that what you want to do?

As DoninGA stated, if you have a specific question or problem when doing your taxes, you can get help here at any time. We are all here to help each other and you would be surprised how much knowledge is here about TurboTax and taxes in general.

There are also some additional options offered by TurboTax when you choose a TurboTax Live product. This will give you access to speak to a CPA or EA about your return. You can submit your return for a review by a credentialed tax expert. You can also request a final line-by-line review of your return and have the credentialed tax expert go through each line and sign the final return.

This is only available to TurboTax Online customers. You can either start your return using one of the Live products, or you can upgrade to TurboTax Live at any time by selecting the Upgrade button on the left menu when you are in your return.
