    <description>&lt;P&gt;This was a known problem that TT says was fixed yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately it will not be retroactive for these customers who will need to reenter their Name and SSN on their W2s (or delete and re-import them).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
