I received a retiring allowance in 2019 but I seem to be taxed on the 'eligible' part (Box 66) even though that was transferred directly to my RRSP when using Turbo tax

My T4 has correctly got the eligible and non-eligible parts in Boxes 66 and 67 but Turbo Tax pulls both through to be taxed even though only Box 67 amount should be taxed. Also my Quebec Releve 1 does not even distinguish between the eligible and non eligible parts ..it only has the total amount in Box O

Any ideas ?
