I have filed with Turbo and waiting for the Tubo Visa card but my email address is wrong. How can I change it?

To change your e-mail address for your TurboTax account, follow these instructions:

Sign in to your TurboTax Online account.
Select Intuit Account in the lower-left corner.
Click Edit at the right of the Email address line.
Enter your new email address and confirm it.
Enter your password.
Click Save and you’re done.

To change the e-mail address you have with the TurboTax Visa Debit card, you should call the number on the back of the card once you receive it.

I think my email address is wrong. I put in [email address removed]. I think the first S. Should be lower case. So [email address removed]. I did not receive a verification code

I keep trying to update the email address but it won't accept it. How can I get it chnged and keep it changed?

If you are referring to changing the email address on your TurboTax account, please follow these steps:

Sign in to your TurboTax Online account.
Select Intuit Account in the the lower left corner of your screen.
This will take you to an Account Settings screen.
Click Edit at the right of the E-mail address line.
Enter your new email address and confirm it.
Enter your password.
Click Save, and you’re done..

If you no longer have access to your email address and are unable to login to your TurboTax Online account please complete the Account Recovery Request Submission Form.

Hi . I recently helped my aunt file her taxes on turbo tax/Inuit. As I do mine with the same services. But I set up her username and such but the email I put down is not her correct email. I accidentally forgot to add several letters to the end of the email (trying to change on the settings) and due to the fact I didn't verify the email I put . I'm not able to change it to the correct email address so I can finish filing her state taxes portion. Please help. I was trusted to help and messed it up. It's a pandemic and money is harsh to come by so we were expecting it to be perfect when finishing the taxes but with my mistake it'll take longer for us to e-file and get it processed. So I'm needing help to change the email address I mistyped. @Irene2805 @KatrinaLO

Please follow the below steps to update your email address:

Sign into your TurboTax account.
Select Intuit Account from the menu, just above Sign Out.
Select Sign in & Security, this will direct you to the page where you can update your email address.

@jamesschneider9903 We cannot change your email address for you. No one in the user forum has access to your account. You have to do that for yourself.
