      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ask your employer.&amp;nbsp; Some companies have online portals where you can download it.&amp;nbsp; I would start by asking someone in your payroll department or HR.&amp;nbsp; By law, your employer is required to provide you with your W2 by the end of January..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
