My Federal tax return keeps being rejected and all Turbo Tax says is my State is being rejected because my Federal return is being rejected. Can you help me further???

You will not be able to e-file the state return unless you are able to e-file the federal return first. Here is some help about fixing rejected returns, but unfortunately, sometimes you simply have to mail the returns in for them to be accepted.
