I got charged $120.00 bucks? all because they I put my student interest loan in there. It was worth $20.00 refund and I got charged $120.00 for doing it. It would have been free other wise. How can you live with yourself ripping people off like this. I never knew why I was getting changed but do you think that if I had a student loan I could afford more tax taken from you. You're nuts . I'm a single mom with two kids and I have student loans and you ripped me off almost $100.00 You never even gave me a option because I have been ripped off by you before so you just walked me though it again. I did not know I did not have to claim it if I did not want to, but you should have a step in the system that would warn you not to do it or make it not a option if your on the free one. I have been doing business with you for years and ill be sure to avoided you when I do mine taxes again.

I tried to get out of the deluxe one many times because I could not understand why it was taking me there. I meet all the Criteria to get these done for free. But it was not letting me problem because all my other taxes I done with them has it on there too. I never questioned this before because I thought that’s just what happens when you file till someone said umm no. Now I’m out 120 for the sake of 20 and I did not upgrade it did it at the end I had no choice because I did not know I had to take this out to not be charged. It said nothing and I have already filed now. Not much I can do but I will remember this and I won’t be coming back to this site and word of mouth can hurt a company. Hope they know that if they keep this crap up
