      <description>&lt;P&gt;A Tax Support Specialist&amp;nbsp; determined that I needed to "&lt;U&gt;disable&lt;/U&gt;" a &lt;U&gt;security software&lt;/U&gt; (AVG) that was running in the background or add "&lt;U&gt;TurboTax.exe&lt;/U&gt;" to the "&lt;STRONG&gt;exception&lt;/STRONG&gt;" list in the AVG application 'setting'. This unblocked the E-Filing continuation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you have not received any info on filing or you return being accepted, you should sign in to your account (if in TurboTax Online) and check your status.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;If you have filed your 2019 returns, you should see them on the front page. &lt;STRONG&gt;"Pending" &lt;/STRONG&gt;means they are waiting for acceptance from the IRS or state Department of Revenue. &lt;STRONG&gt;"Accepted"&lt;/STRONG&gt; means they have been accepted. &lt;STRONG&gt;"Rejected"&lt;/STRONG&gt; means that you must go in to correct an error on the return that has been flagged by the IRS or the state Department of Revenue. A "rejected' return means you have not filed, you must re-file.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
