hello I have not receive IP PIN, I try to get one and was not able to answer certain questions and when I called about getting a IP PIN the machine saying to just mail it if haven't receive it this year. I would like to know where I can get a form to fill out and send off

You can still fill out your taxes as normal. You will just have to print and mail them. Alternatively, the IRS has pdf tax forms you can fill out print and mail. Note they don't do any of the calculations.

Your prior posts for this same subject have been answered.

If you do not have a W-2 then just skip the W-2 section and continue with the interview.

If you only have a Form 1099-R then use this procedure -

To enter, edit or delete a form 1099-R -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the start or update button

Or enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R
