      <description>Thanks to everyone for the replies.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I gave up on TT and went to the Illinois website and printed out the forms and instructions and filled them out the old way, with an ink pen.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Fortunately, Illinois has a delightfully easy tax form compared to some states.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem trying to purchase two states.&amp;nbsp; I tried calling customer support, after being on hold for thirty minutes, they gave up and disconnected me.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By the way, this state purchase problem has happened every year, and I always have to call, and usually they can solve it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If working in a desktop version click the "Online" tab at the top of the page and "Download&amp;nbsp;state."&lt;/P&gt;
