Forms 8889 and 8995 are available according to TurboTax availability tables, but shows Ready Soon when running Smart Check. Tried updating, but no difference.

Have you run the updates in the program? Please do the following:

If you are using the TurboTax CD/Download software program, open the program, from the top, under Online, select Check for Updates.

I've already tried updating numerous times. However, I continue to receive the message that everything is up to date. Any other ideas?

You can try deleting and reinstalling the software. If that doesn't work, for assistance with this, you can call TurboTax and speak with an agent. TurboTax customer service/support does not have a single phone number but has many different phone numbers based on the type of platform used. Click on this link: Contact Us
Select your TurboTax platform.
Ask your question / state your problem. Do NOT use the word "refund' or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
Click Submit.
On the next screen, choose the Call option and follow the instructions. You will be given the approximate wait time.

You'll get a toll-free number to a TurboTax expert who is specially-trained to handle your particular issue.
