How can I process a credit card payment for E-Filing. Returns for federal and two states are blocked because neither of my credit cards are accepted.

Just to clarify, what type of credit card are you trying to use to pay for your efile?

For fee payment, we can only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards with a U.S. billing address.

Another option is to pay your fees with your federal refund, also known as Pay With My Refund (charges may apply).

I have been unable to process tax forms as Turbo Tax says unable to verify credit card payment. I have deleted cach, cookies, checked and re-checked info, auto populated, and hand entered. NOTHING! I have also use 2 different credit cards. I do not want to be charged and extra $45 to use my tax return to pay my fees. Is it turbo tax or Chromebook?

If you have another browser to use or can sign into TurboTax on another computer, that would probably be best.

I am using two apple computers one with tax files and one addressing you and still you deny any of my and my neighbors credit cards, total of 9. Yes I am fully upgraded thje tax forms. Guess you are shut down until July.
