Code 151 means IRS is reviewing your return. There is nothing you need to do right now. IRS will send you a letter of explanation in approximately 4 weeks. The letter will provide details of the reason for the review and give instructions about what you need to do next. Sometimes it is just a matter of providing some additional information. Code 151 means that the IRS is reviewing your return, and will send you a letter if there is any action or further documentation they request. There isn't anything you can do until they send you the letter. Keep a look out in the mail for it and make sure you return any and all documentation they ask for as quickly as you can so they can process your refund,

Code 151 with no reference code doesn't that mean some of my refund was takin cause idont have health insurance and unpaid taxes?

The IRS is the only agency that can give you a processing time table. Their processing time varies by the workload and available personnel. If you have not gotten any updates per the letter you received then you should probably give them a call using the information in the letter.

Dependents are not eligible for a stimulus payment.
