      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nothing worked.&amp;nbsp; I hand entered my Illinois return on MyTax Illinois.&amp;nbsp; No fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer Service was worthless.&amp;nbsp; I was told to delete Illinois - "nothing will be lost", I was told.&amp;nbsp; Wrong.&amp;nbsp; Even after entering my IL data again, the same error.&amp;nbsp; After 15 years, next year, will seriously consider another service provider.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
